Wow, what a great conversation last night. Thanks Fritz for hosting it (although I must admit it felt ike it did last time, more like we were exchanging ideas). So like we said, to be able to have the experience (holding the tension, like flowing water) and learn to be still to allow movement. And then acknowledging the experience...

Thank you Nicol - it was wonderful to flow together and allow the movement to deepen our experience.
God never stops moving, it is when we become still, we find our balance and start moving with him...
